Abram Gomez is the Executive Pastor of Cross Church in San Benito, TX. He serves under the leadership of Bishop Jaime Loya and helps in leading the 3,500-member congregation, including four campus sites total.  Since becoming Executive Pastor in 2010, Abram has helped to establish church campuses, appoint numerous leaders, oversee multiple special events and projects, manage gifted staff, and participate in the main preaching team of the organization.  His communication ability has allowed him to speak on numerous stages with audiences of more than 1,000 people.

Abram is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Church Ministries. He also has received his Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. 

Recently, Abram became an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team.  Through the John Maxwell team and brand, Abram leads mastermind groups facilitating insightful discussions, coaches clients seeking to increase their capacity, and equips visionaries desiring to go to the next level.  He has founded Next Gen, which is a movement that mentors the next generation of leaders called to ministry.  He has also written and produced curricula such as Church Growth and Development, and Pastoral Epistles through Nation 2 Nation Christian University, which are used in Bible Schools all around the world.  Needless to say, Abram has a passion to develop leaders and help others reach their potential.

He resides in Harlingen, Texas with his wife Rebecca, and their beautiful kids, Isabella and Jude.
